I've been a customer at Vision Image for 20 years and continue to be delighted. The shop owner Jackson always greet customer with a warm greeting and smiling face and really do make you feel you are being cared for with your best interest. Other staff have always been so polite and friendly too. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and are very helpful when you are not sure what looks good on you. This shop is the best optical shop around Ang Mo Kio area.

I went here based on the Google reviews and wasn't disappointed. Age was catching up and I finally needed a pair of glasses. I decided to go for a progressive despite being a first-timer due to its convenient and was attended to by the optometrist Li Ching. I am very pleased with my glasses considering its price point, mostly because even though I have a mild astigmatism and mild presbyopia, the Hoya progressive lens prescribed significantly improved the quality of my vision at all ranges, and also amazingly I got used to it within just 2 days.
Did my first pair of progressive (multifocal) glasses at Vision Image. I always being hesitate to try out progressive glasses because I heard of some unsatisfied comments from my friend. Much to my surprise, I could adapt to my new progressive very fast. Jackson, the guy who tested my eye, is very experience. Not only that, he patiently explained to me the differences between each design and recommend me something that suits my need. Thank you for his professional advice, my glasses is properly fit and able to enjoy the benefits from it.
A very good Optical centre. Highly recommended. Jackson is very professional and gives the correct advice. I have tried a few shops, they always want to upsell. This shop caters to customers needs as per their budget.
